sidenote: Borders bookstore has absolutely no books about Mao or the cultural revolution. What’s up with that?

My gf is a manager at Barnes and Noble. Depending on the location of the store, nonfiction just doesn’t sell fast enough to keep much variety on the shelves during a recession.
