Supported the war in Iraq, and has openly stated that had he been a citizen at the time, would have voted for Bush over Kerry.

He is his own man, and I respect the hell out of him for that. I agree with a large part of what he has to say, and will not piss on his entire works for the little parts I don’t agree with.

Unfortunately there are those I dub “100%’ers”. “You are either with us all the way or not all”, who refuse to countenance any differentiating point of view on any subject.
