Pretending otherwise will only insure the problems will remain.

It’s like that guy in charge of Arlington. Everyone was pleased to hear he got a letter of reprimand. What was kept quiet was that the letter will be removed from his file in January.

Someone correct me if I’m wrong, because of spent all of 6 minutes looking for a reference and found nothing but… in the fallout of the Exxon Valdez spill, wasn’t federal legislation passed that essentially stated that in the future, whatever company caused the spill would ultimately be responsible for cleanup, with the federal government operating in an assisting role? Or am I totally losing my mind?
