fwiw, the worst hangover of my life was from drinking scotch. I haven’t had any since.

My worst times drinking were when I mixed alcohols. Blacked out once when we pulled into Soudha Bay, Crete, and we went into Chania for R+R. Mixed beer with vodka with their local “moonshine” the “raki” stuff that restaurants provided at the table.

I have no problem drinking now, I just don’t drink to get drunk anymore.
