Coal is traded on the world markets. If China can build power plants more efficiently than the United States, that has nothing to do with the cost of fuel and everything to do with the cost of labor.

Rinse and repeat if you’re going to argue that China’s coal is produced internally.

A few questions that I don’t have answers to. Maybe if you do it will help clear some of this up. Is wikipedia wrong then in stating that China is the worlds largest producer of Coal? Is China subsidizing the price of electricity the same way it subsidized the price of oil and other fuels? What is the price of electricity in China? Is it comparable to the price of electricity in other markets?
