That is your opinion, I believe it is.

And to be clear, I’m not saying that Ludwig is evil, rather that he is engaging in evil and profane behaviour on a repetitive basis.

That to me can only be read as describing his behaviour as evil. I’m not familiar with any Talmudic concepts, so i’ll leave that claim alone.
