He’s being held by the Swiss, future still in doubt. Based on his recent attempts to get the conviction set aside for judicial misconduct, it’s not impossible he’ll get off with time served as per the original plea deal, or a get light sentence if he goes before a judge. We may not like it, but that is the general buzz especially since the victim says she never wanted him to go to jail from day one, and now wants it all to go away.
It would not be the first time a celebrity raped a child, paid out some money and walked, different rules than for regular folks.

Don’t believe the hype, from what I understand the DA wants to make sure the man does hard time.
