Reports say lots of flames, so wondering it it was meant to be an incendiary or chemical based

Whatever it was, it was a plastic bucket, covered with some sort of textile material (probably to conceal it) in a Lidl bag. The photo I’m seeing of it shows the (apparent) textile material smoldering, with the wires off to the side, one of which appears to be burning itself.
