How would you go about the fix? Keep in mind you are dealing with humans and all their biases. There is inequality baked in.

Fix The Schools. No forced busing required.
We all saw the movie Stand And deliver… Texts held back. No air conditioning and 100F+. Horrific bathrooms and careless teachers.

This is all too much like my other parent centric unpopular opinion-Home schooling. On one hand it’s how fundies screw over their kids and that’s abominable. OTOH imho it’s also how parents keep kids out of frighteningly bad schools and take on the burden themselves.
