Is it possible (however unlikely) to be against Israel without being an antisemite?

I ask this as a purely hypothetical question because I know for better or worse at times Israel can be a bit of a third rail at this blog (though something being the third rail is not necessarily a bad thing when there are good reason for it to be so for example Social Security and Medicare rightfully should be a third rail in American politics since without those programs there are doubtlessly many Seniors who would be unable to support themselves in their advancing age…)
