Tax the rich!

Everyone gets upset over a VAT which taxes everyone evenly and the poor don’t have any money to tax, the middle class and small jobs is the heart and soul of America or so everyone keeps telling me, so all that leaves at the people at the top. Lets tax the rich!

I mean there are only four options aren’t there?

1: Tax everyone.
2: Tax the poor
3: Tax the middle class.
4: Tax the rich.

Or do you know of some other way of breaking this down?
