The judge on Saturday explicitly gave the Marshals the right to enforce the law. Guess which branch controls the Federal Marshals?

Judge Donnelly wrote that knowing 1) it wouldn’t be implemented and 2) it challenges the DOJ’s authority over the Marshalls.
