6 Sigma is supposed to be process and business management streamlining. So far it has meant 3 hours of concalls a day where nothing gets done and we go over the same crap repeatedly.

If you want a more effective process go with lean. If you want to make widgets within an incredibly tight tolerence go with sigma. If your 6 sigma green, yellow or black belt says 6 sigma is for streamlining head for the door.
