Could be. I’ve met far too many hard workers in federal employment over the decades. Could be you are associating with the different crowd and that is what you notice the most.

Considering that the ones I’m referring to are the federal workers who are supposed to be helping us CIVMARS out, the Civilian Mariners like myself who sail for Military Sealift Command on the US Navy Fleet Support Auxiliary ships…

Granted they may think they be hard workers, but we sure as hell can’t tell. Hell when the Engine Department Licensed “Marine Placement Specialist” was this one gal, I could NEVER get her on the phone, and was told by older Mariners that they have caller ID.
