We’re still looking. Not seeing anything wet right now, but the closet wall is against the outside of our place. I want to make sure we got our butts covered before we contact the landlord if we end up having to go that route.

If the wall is poorly insulated and it’s been cold where you are, then a bag against the wall could get quite cold and with poor air circulation would condense inside moisture between the bag and the wall.
