There should be more war nerds. My wife’s eyes just glaze over when I try to talk about this stuff. (Not to mention everyone else as well)

I’d like to sit in in a large comfortable chair, drinking expensive alcohol and possibly burning some cuban crops with like minded people and discuss. Ah well. Bleh.

I’m really lucky that way. My wife is actually interested in military stuff. She sat there right beside me during the “Guns of the Battle of the Bulge” presentation at the NRA Annual Meeting last month.

Her grandfather was in WWII, so that might have something to do with it.
