Question for any HVAC folks/engineers out there:

Am I better off leaving my AC, on or better off letting the house warm up and then cooling it later?

Are you leaving the house unattended? If so use a programmable Thermostat that will allow you to program the unit to start 1/2 hour before you get home but doesn’t have it run all day. Very inefficient and expensive if you are not in the house to leave the unit running.
