I’m center/center right and I will say without hesitation it is because of thinking like yours the GOP lost the election.

No, it wasn’t Romney’s fault- he isn’t he devil incarnate and his Mormon faith had nothing to do with his loss.

He doesn’t want to enslave black people and a lot of his economic policies make perfect sens (with apologies to many here//).

Romney lost because of people like you- the anti science, social bullies and religious nutbags who have come to have a disproportionate (and loud, empty) voice in American politics.

The government has no business in the bedrooms of the nation- not now or ever. Religion- every religion- has a voice in the public square- an equal voice.

Leave women alone. If you want to make abortion illegal, get ready for me to tell you what to do with your body and get ready to personally support the children of unwed mothers you claim to love so much.

The GOP will reclaim it’s rightful place in the American political landscape when it earns it.

Talk about spending, talk about social programs talk about paying for health care talk about the military industrial complex, talk about foreign policy and foreign.

Just stay out of people’s private lives and beliefs.

Romney lost the election because more people think like you and not like me.

You know, like real conservatives.
