Frum is essentially saying that Obama should be more like FDR. I can’t imagine that a smorgasbord of alphabet soup programs would make you happy, or meet with much approval outside the portion of the Dem Party that supported a public healthcare option.

Frum has to fill up column space, he couldn’t possibly think that it would be a good thing for Obama to more of a liberal firebrand.

Well how is Frum and other Republicans suppose to pain Obama as some kind of communist if he insists on being more blandly centrist than butterless bread….?
