My guess is that they’re about to face a revolution because they’re keeping the country in a living medieval hell. Anything we do overtly to help the kids will get them slaughtered.

I think that was one of the best reasons for Obama not to say anything about the revolution immediately. Took the wind out of the sails of the regime because they couldn’t go to their usual excuse “Oh look at the foreign agitators” and had to face up to the fact it was a truly home grown revolution.
