Hey y’all - sorry I’m so late to this thread. I know that someone has probably asked this more than a few times, but what’s with Joe The Plumber suddenly representing anything other than himself?
I’m probably missing something (senior moments do seem to come more frequently these days!) but iirc he was just a straight forward (no pun intended) voter who asked Obama an inconvenient question. And instead of pursuing Obama for an answer to a legitimate question, the MSM (and some governmental officials) started ripping Joe’s life apart in public and in print and on TV.
He has never spoken for me and I don’t recall anyone anointing him to speak for the GOP.
And hell, I can find hundreds of leftists who are just as “off center” as Joe the Plumber - so other than curiosity, why are we giving him so many comments?

Um… realwest… he went on tour with John McCain.

..and Pajamas Media hired him to cover the M.E. conflict.
