Yes, it does. A school board member who has actual influence on the lives of teenagers in his district, who can actually affect them, has a lot more power and is therefore a lot worse when he tells them to kill themselves than a professor at university who has no power to influence policy towards Israel.

I’m not sure what your difficulty is in understanding that.
