How do they propose these Ebola carriers are getting to Mexico in the first place? Do they understand Africa is a completely different continent?

They swim to Hong Kong in Brazil (since it is closest to Africa) and then hitchhike north until they see the shining mountains of the USA. They pick up Spanish and Portuguese along the way from the locals. They also develop very muscular calves from the walking backwards hitching, and very strong shoulders from the swim. All this while being infected with Ebola.
