Judge Donnelly has given Congress all it needs for impeachment, if the political will can be marshaled (no pun intended). If the Administration is flatly ignoring a valid court order, then 45 has violated his oath of office because his administration has been found in violation of the Due Process Clause and is continuing to act in violation of the constitution.
