I think I’ve been pretty clear out here about my dislike and disdain for Obama - not just because of his distressing approval of governmental socialist policies (see, e.g., Chrysler and GM) but because I don’t percieve him as being someone who LOVES my country or even respects it all that much. But I do think those two comments were a litle bit out of bounds. Sorry.

Death is real and waterboarding produced information that prevented the murder of innocents, a both military and non-military. It’s a question that would highlight his moral hypocrisy, because he is continuing the policy of rendition. He’s allowing the Egyptians and others to actually torture on our behalf - and imagine - no halal meals!
