On three conditions:

1. They learn the difference between BBQ and grilling
2. They refrain from saying “the way we did it where I’m from is…”
3. They understand that just cause your cat had kittens in the oven doesn’t make ‘em biscuits

Heh. As a 4th generation Texan, and god knows how many generations prior Alabaman, I really take issue with people who do #2. And then, I know in my heart I would do the same if I was transplanted elsewhere.
