maybe so, but it also takes all the anxiety out of it too.
With everything else going on, everyone needs a little less anxiety.
I am talking about cooking meat over fire, what else is going on that’s important? :-)
Actually now that I think about it the WSM has been upgraded from a 18 to 22 inch (super WSM) this past year. I think that may be the way to go.
