Well, if he ends up convicted the new HC bill will give him all the viagra he needs.

While watching the Great Republican Temper Tantrum of 2010 I actually thought about that bill and wondered how the hell you would actually implement a law like that.
Would the local pharmacist have to be hook-up to some Federal sex crimes date base?
Would they have to do background check on the old dude at the counter?
Would Dr’s. be the gatekeepers?
