It’s the first time I’ve done it, though I’ve been selling trainers, and telling people how to use them, since 1987. It has given me an appetite for the first time since before the accident.

Glad to hear it’s helping you feel better. I see a lot of options. Is there one you recommend? I get circulation problems when I don’t get enough cardio, and these issues came back a few days ago, so I really need to get up and move.
