Well, one month. The program went into effect July 1, but the paperwork stream didn’t open until July 24. So there’s an initial 3-week or so backlog.

Thanks for the correction. But they have been sitting on paperwork that had to be submitted, and so they had three weeks of forms to submit.

Now: Why is it that you can sell cars using a Fed program before the Fed program is really up and running? To me, that’s craziness.
