I think you’re right. He tried to get the Arabs to take the refugees, and modify the “peace” plan accordingly. They refused. Now, he’s going to pressure Israel.
If I were in Bibi’s place, I’d probably tell Obama where he can stuff the refugees, which is NOT a good idea. That’s why I’m not a diplomat.
