Another reminder. Gov. Kemp can of course grant clemency or pardons on these convictions. The gubernator primary in in the end of M
Now he can’t do anything about the hate crime trial as it’s federal.
Though, any clemency actions by Kemp could effect the jury’s verdict in the hate crime case.

I seriously doubt he will do that.
