Prayer is one thing but to act like this is going to solve the problem like Perry is doing is moronic and he knows it. All it is a “Look at me and how Christian I am” grandstanding that gets nothing done.

I have no issue with prayer whatsoever. In fact, prayer can be a most meaningful experience.

That said, prayer has no business as a political plank. None whatsoever.
