Just to make it clear: if the eight Republicans who voted yes had instead voted no, the motion would not have passed.

I’m blown away.
My very liberal democratic congressman Solomon Ortiz voted against it.
I contacted his office twice. Of course we have five refinery’s here and a lot of gas and oil production.
