Never let facts get in the way of good conspiracy!

That whole treaty vs constitution argument is poorly understood. We have specific methods that deal with changes to our laws and the courts have ruled that our law, the constitution, is the law of the land and no treaty can legally change it. Treaties can’t be used to change state law either. We don’t allow anyone but state and federal legislatures to modify or eliminate our laws.
