Thanks, like I say, it’s not life threatening, only happens once in a blue moon, then it’s feels scary, like a cardio session on steroids. Last time it happened, last Aug. my heart rate went up to 180 beats a minute.

I take a drug that helps keep it from happening. You don’t even have to take the drugs if you don’t want to, but I’d rather not put up with the rapid heart rate.

There is even physical ways to stop it, such as holding your breath and squeezing or squatting down and pushing. Interrupts the electrical pluses to the heart for a second.
