You don’t have all the information. On KOA radio this morning, the President of the Colorado chapter of the Car Dealers Association was on the radio.

Most of the problem with the program is that the dealer has to handle 19 different PDF forms that need to be faxed to different departments when they make one of these deals.

According to this gentleman, availability was only a small part of this. Most of the problem was with the rules, processes and paperwork, and the fact that even the car dealers did not have good guidance on how the program worked.

It was because of standard government FUBAR, not simply a supply problem.

Barry and his clowns blew it.
