Things are getting so bad politically in Egypt that a number of the Liberal Parties are considering cooperating with the Salafis in the next election.

And in a weird turn, the Salafis are open to it. That is how Authoritarian and corrupt the Muslim Brotherhood is. They are forcing polar opposites to align against them.

There is a not insignificant chance that the next election will produce a Government Coalition similar to the one currently in Northern Ireland between the Hardline Unionists and the Hardline Republicans.
