I think she needs some hard questions asked of her, but she’ll probably make it. The GOP is in not position to stop it anyway, especially since they’re acting like they’re in no position to stop it.

First- we’re NOT in a position to stop it.

Second- she strikes me as a moderate. She’s replacing a moderate. The balance remains the same. Are we really surprised 0bama would nominate someone we didn’t like? Let us not kid ourselves here. Frankly- we’re lucky she’s a moderate.

Third- yes- I welcome tough questions for her. She’s up for an important decision, and anyone in her position should be facing tough questions.

Fourth- Let us see what develops and be firm, but fair. I have concerns, but there is some decent rulings from her too. I think we’ll be okay. Like I said- the court would remain balanced.
