but what does experiencing Islam mean to Obama?

Probably the same thing that it means to anyone else who has traveled in the Islamic world. I know it might shock some people here but I find the morning call to prayer a very moving experience. I wouldn’t want to hear it every day but I have some very fond memories. I wish I could travel more in the Islam world but it’s just not very safe.
