Lemme help ya here: We had two George W’s (and yeah I know he spent money like crazy, but he WAS fighting two wars and spending money on Katrina, the Indonesian Tsunami victims and the like), we had two Clintons, We had BushI and we had Ronnie twice. That gives R’s a 16 and D’s an 8.
