It is an ACT, or at least it started that way.
But he’s in it for the ratings.
And perhaps he is a loon, too. But to think he cares one whit about his fellow citizens is naive. And while he may not hate people; he must despise them as he cleans up on their gullibility, and cashes those big ol checks.
