Don’t bother, I know about the stem cell ban in the one bill and it’s the reason for the new bill to override it. BHO lifts the ban, the Dems make a trade with the GOP to get a bill passed with the anti stem cell ban rider attached, knowing a new bill is coming to make it moot. Aren’t politicians fun ?
