The conclusion of that whole mess remains “probably sinuses reacting badly to pressure changes while flying” plus his whole idiosyncratic reaction to pain.

The final bill for the hospital showed up yesterday, although the travel insurance the office had is covering everything. Still, for all he had done, the full total being under 3,000 pounds isn’t that bad.

This is just …a stomach flu is the current guess. I told him if it is the real flu and he gives it to me it will not be pretty. (I didn’t get a flu shot, but I work at home and don’t go out much.)
