Microwave the burrito till it’s unfrozen but not really hot yet. Melt a bunch of Crisco (or even lard) in a shallow pan till it’s 3/8” deep (one fat finger), fry that bugger on medium till it’s brown, set in plate to cool down with cheese on it, put fresh salsa over the cheese, then, this is most important… nom nom nom.
