All helped along by a culture that, quite bluntly, often sees no issue with treating women (Or men or anyone else) as sex objects or simply having overly sensitive feelings towards degrading comments.

I would suspect that almost every woman here has been the victim of some sort of discomfort caused by harassment of this sort, at one time or another.

It has nothing to do with desire; and everything to do with power. It’s like a mild version of rape. It’s disgusting.
