Obviously, the bible quotes themselves don’t mention evolution or intelligent design! Walker assumed Charles non belief in intelligent design was due to his supposed atheism and then referred him to these passages:

John 3:19:

Eternal punishment comes in exactly the same way. None are in hell except those who choose to be. “The judgment is this — the light came into the world, but men loved the darkness instead of the light” .

Romans 1:18 -

The wrath of God is being revealed from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of men who suppress the truth by their wickedness

And then said ‘drive carefully’. Pretty obvious to all (except perhaps a complete imbecile) that Walker was using the bible to threaten Charles with hell for not believing in intelligent design.
