I don’t think you understand what ADHD is all about for a child his age.

He cannot walk in a straight line. He must spin repeatedly and randomly.

He cannot interact with his peers without crossing boundaries.

He is getting pretty pissed-off because the entire world is telling him that he is fucking up.
