Oy, take care of your lungs!! Do you take Co-Q 10 or other supplements for energy? I know of a single mom who passed because of overwork while having walking pneumonia which turned into full blown pneumonia within 2 months.
I don’t mean to be alarmist. I just think as we age we have to worry more about our body’s ability to heal.
