She has explained her reasons. It has been all over the news. She can’t keep fighting the ethics charges and run the gov’t plus the costs to the state and to her personally are astronomical and the people who file the charges are doing it at no cost to themselves. It is an unworkable situation for her as a politician and as a person. I think her reasons are sound.

Perhaps I missed something recently, but what you state is what people speculate, not what she clearly stated. Those reasons are valid in my mind, but if it were that simple she could say so simply.
